BEtreat® Yourself with Mondiwell Woodland Walks

Step into the restorative embrace of nature through Mondiwell’s guided Forest Bathing sessions, offered on Friday and Saturday mornings this fall. Lasting approximately 45 minutes, each experience blends gentle mindfulness practices with intentional time in the forest, inviting you to slow down, awaken your senses, reduce the mental noise of daily life, and cultivate a deeper connection with both nature and yourself. Led by Mondiwell founder, Lara Wilson (Fridays) and Philosophy of Mindfulness Practioner, Jake Milendorf (Saturdays).

Why try Forest Bathing? Immerse yourself in the beauty of Concord woodlands for greater wellbeing with Forest Bathing, the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku established in the 1980s. Medical scientist Dr. Qing Li’s research revealed how being with trees improves sleep, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones and release phytoncides, antimicrobial organic compouinds that boost immune function.
